Shipping policy

As these are handmade items, love and care go into each piece. Please allow 3-4 weeks production time, due to a high volume of orders. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed.

Ebb + Flow is not responsible for lost items when choosing untracked shipping methods

Return Policy:

Refunds will be accepted only if the product is defective and email notification is sent within 48 hours. Pieces must be unworn and arrive back to the shipping address in the original condition and with all original packaging. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
